Into the Night Forest, 2021 is part of the Forest of Remains exhibition. Measuring 1.22m x 2.44m, this large-scale piece utilizes acrylic paint, wax, charcoal, sawdust, sand, wire, bedsheet, medical gauze, and pastel to evoke the eerie and mysterious presence of the forest at night. The combination of various materials reflects the tension between nature's fragility and strength, while capturing the sensory experience of venturing into the unknown.
